Terms and Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions regulate the download, access, and use of the mobile application "Choice" (hereinafter, the "APP"), which is available to users on the Apple App Store (iOS) and which can be accessed through the links available on our website.
By downloading and using the application, the user acknowledges having accepted and consented unreservedly to these terms of use.
1. Responsible for the App

2. Object
The APP has been developed with the aim of providing users, in a simple and fast way, with access to motivational phrases, daily choices, affirmations, and other information of general interest regarding self-improvement and mindset.
3. Compatible Devices
The application is available on the Apple App Store (iOS). The user acknowledges and agrees to comply with all applicable terms and conditions regarding obtaining, downloading, and updating the APP that the Apple App Store determines.
4. Start and Method of Use
When starting the APP for the first time, users may configure their preferences to receive content tailored to their goals (e.g., gaining discipline, finding calm, building confidence).
Users are allowed to configure how often and how much they want to receive reminders/notifications on their mobile device. All this information can be modified at any time through the configuration panel in the APP.
5. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
The intellectual and industrial property rights over the APP are owned by the creator of Choice, who has exclusive rights to exploit them in any form, particularly the rights of reproduction, distribution, and transformation. The user acknowledges that the reproduction, modification, decompilation, disassembly, or use of reverse engineering techniques constitutes an infringement of these intellectual property rights.
6. User Content
Through the APP, users can create their own motivational phrases and daily affirmations. Users are responsible for the content they create. You retain any and all of your rights to any User Content you submit within the app.
7. Liability
We will at all times try to provide the services with the highest possible quality. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Choice disclaims any liability arising from failures, interruptions, or damages caused by system failures or iOS updates.
Responsibility for the use of the APP rests solely with the user. If the user is dissatisfied with the use of the APP, its contents, or services, the user's sole and exclusive remedy shall be to cease using the APP.
8. Applicable Law
For any question or disagreement that may arise regarding the APP, contents, and services contracted, said conflict will be governed by the applicable regulations of the user's country of residence.
9. Subscriptions
Choice may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Available subscriptions may include:
- Monthly subscription: 1 month
- Yearly subscription: 1 year
Payment will be charged to the user’s Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.The user can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in their Apple ID account settings.Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
